Terms of Use
These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, Product and Services available at https://marybeeluxe.com website (the “Service”) operated by MaryBee Luxe (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to our services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us.
Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms of the Agreement, then you may not access or use our Services.
Payment Options
We accept Credit Card Payments and PayPal on our website. For other forms of payment please email us at marybeeluxe@gmail.com
A discount of 3% is offered if you would like to pay via Paypal Friends and Family, Venmo Friends and Family, CashApp, or Zelle. Please contact us prior to purchasing.
Layaway Plans
May be offered using Affirm, Afterpay, or PayPal Pay in 4. This service will incur a 6% fee based on your order total. Please contact us if you'd like to explore those options.
Order Cancellation
After an order is finalized, Affirm, Afterpay, PayPal, and Wix Payments will charge a fee to the merchant. The fees charged to the merchant are non-refundable. In the event an order is canceled and a refund is requested, given the item has not been shipped, the customer will be fully refunded less 6%.
Shipping Policy
We only sell and ship items to locations in the Continental USA. Items will ship once invoice has been paid in full. In most cases, we will ship the next business day with USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground at no additional cost. Otherwise, the item will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days. If a faster shipping method is requested, we will provide a quote based on the carrier’s fees for the alternative shipping method. Shipments will also be fully insured at no additional cost. If you reside outside of the continental US, please contact us for a custom shipping fee quote.
Each handbag shipped has a hang tag attached for security purposes. When a buyer removes the tag, they agree that the item shipped was how the seller accurately disclose of it in the product listing and description. The tag must remain attached in order to place a return. Small leather goods such as wallets and card holders are not eligible for returns.
If you are local to the Redding, CA area, and opt to pick up locally, please contact me to make arrangements. The name of the person on the invoice will need to come and pick up the purchased item. No exception. A valid identification card of the buyer is required for pick up, and your signature on the invoice to acknowledge the pick up.
If a Certificate of Authenticity has been purchased with your item, please allow for up to an additional 24 hours for your item to ship.
Returns
Customers are advised to ask questions and review all photos before proceeding with the purchase of the item. Any return that is not in the seller’s error must be in its original unaltered condition within 7 days of the day you receive the item for a full refund less a 20% restocking fee. All returned items are inspected, and any item returned in a condition that is not in the original purchased condition cannot be refunded. Customers to pay for return shipping fees and insurance. Handbags are the only items that are eligible for returns under these conditions.
Authenticity
All items are guaranteed 100% authentic. The authenticity of each item is guaranteed solely by MaryBee Luxe. Every item we list goes through a rigorous multi point inspection by our vendors prior to our purchasing. In general, all handbags will come with a certificate of authenticity (COA) free of charge. Smaller items such as wallets and jewelry usually do not include a free COA, but can be purchased for a flat $10 fee. This can be added on to your order before check-out.

If any item is proven not authentic, we will allow the return of the item in the same condition it was shipped, and will refund the amount of your initial purchase price. The customer must: 1) be the original purchaser 2) the item must not have been altered from its original purchase condition 3) the original purchaser must provide a certificate of authentication from 2 certified authenticators. If the item is a handbag, the hang tag must still be attached with the original tamper-proof string intact.

3) Please be advised that with a preloved item, it would be unfeasible to list every sign of wear. All major flaws (if any) will be noted in the description. Please manage your expectations. Buyers with allergies or have sensitivities to scent please be aware when buying preloved items, smell varies to each individual. Pictures are part of the description, please zoom in to review photos for details and conditions before purchasing. Item is sold as is. No warranty. Not responsible for the progression of wear, accidental damage, or usage of the item. Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors or smartphones displaying colors slightly off and each individual may see colors differently. We try our best to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary to some degree from your computer monitor or phone display.
Photographs for each listing are unique to the item for sale that the customer will receive. Even if it is the exact same model, we will never re-use photos. Each handbag has its own unique characteristics, and we are committed to showing the true beauty of each individual piece.

The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in California.
